Serves 4-6 PeopleThe holy grail of Sparkling wine. This wine exhibits a fresh stone fruit and citrus on the palate with hints of almonds and baked bread on the nose. Dom pairs well with salty foods like caviar and oysters.
In France, the Palmes d’Or (or Golden Palm) is the most elevated distinction awarded to grace and talent. Palmes d’Or is the pinnacle of fine vintage Champagne. First aromas of white pear, peach, walnut and dried apricot fruit give way to secondary more intense aromas of pepper, ginger and red fruits . It has excellent structure and an incredibly long finish with unforgettable elegance.
Perhaps the best food wine made. This Rose is creamy in texture, full of strawberry and rhubarb fruit, with notes of truffle and vanilla in the nose.
Considered to be the best vineyard site outside of France for Cabernet. This wine is full of powerful dark berry fruit, with an herbaceous nose of tarragon, with hints of anise and eucalyptus.
This is a rich, ripe, concentrated wine with a liqueur-like texture and weight, blackberry, blueberry, cassis and plum fruit with nuances of violets, Asian soy, smoke, cedar, vanilla, minerals and black tea.
The story of CASK 23 began during the harvest of 1974. One lot from SLV beautiful and deliciously distinct, the winery decided it should be bottled separately. On the palate the wine is full bodied with rich dark berry fruit, hints of cedar and white truffle that lead to a long fruit and spice-driven finish.
