Get Your Tickets for the Original Wearable Arts Show at Ketchikan’s Winter Arts Faire

November 07, 2017

Kick off the holiday season in Ketchikan with this year’s Winter Arts Faire. A gala opening reception will be held on Friday, November 24th from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. A $5.00 admission fee supports the Arts Council, but is free for members. Join us for an evening of food, music, and fun, not to mention a wonderful holiday shopping experience. The Winter Arts Faire weekend continues on Saturday, November 25 from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Sunday, November 26 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Admission is free, so come and pare down that holiday shopping list with gift selections from over 80 area artisans.

Held annually every February, the Ketchikan Wearable Arts Show is always so popular that it sells out long before the show, which is why tickets are available the weekend of the Winter Arts Faire. Tickets for the 32nd annual show (Feb. 1st – 3rd) will go on sale the morning of Saturday, November 25, so snag yours before they’re gone. The theme for 2018’s show will be “Wild and Free,” and the artist’s creations are made of everything from duct tape and wood, to milk jugs – the more creative the better!
